Proprietary AI, true enterprise – why betterPortrait is the better solution

Simple. Fast. Top results. Highly recommended!

Until now, a photographer came to our Welcome Day once a month. With betterPortrait, we were able to cut our costs in half. We are also more flexible and can take the pictures anytime, anywhere. Colleagues from HR and Marketing have access to the dashboard and can easily download the image formats they need. Really cool, very efficient and well implemented!

The dashboard is really cool and fun to use! We can take a photo of our employees with our smartphone right in our office. The edited version is available within a few minutes and is delivered in several variants. One version even includes the employee’s name and job title, so we can print it straight away.

Introducing betterPortrait took us just under ten months – and throughout that time we received excellent, proactive support. The betterPortrait team met every compliance requirement and, thanks to its flexible integration and design options, adapted perfectly to our processes and our branding. Today we benefit from consistently high-quality portraits that employees simply take themselves. For us, a professional solution that has won us over for the long term.

We were immediately convinced by the idea behind betterPortrait, and the integration was really easy. Nearly 80 lecturers without a photo were able to submit theirs effortlessly via the web app. The workflow is now much simpler and saves us a lot of time. A clear recommendation from us for betterPortrait.
