Sync with HR and IT systems
Employees come in automatically from Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Abacus, Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, bexio or Beekeeper – or via SCIM straight from your identity provider. New hires, changes and leavers are picked up without manual upkeep.
Onboarding starts on its own
A flow automatically invites new employees to photo onboarding before their start date. Reminders by email, SMS, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, WhatsApp or Beekeeper collect missing photos – the portrait is ready on day one.
Export to your target systems
As soon as a portrait is finished, it goes where it is needed: as the profile picture in Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Beekeeper, LumApps or ahead, as the employee photo in Abacus, Personio, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, into Frontify, or as a file in SharePoint, Google Drive, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage and on FTP or SFTP servers.
API, flows and webhooks
For your own connections there is the public API with personal access tokens, signed delivery URLs for the images, a read-only consent API and Zapier for thousands of other tools. Flows react to events and notify your systems by webhook.
Connect instead of coding
Most integrations are activated right in the dashboard: sign in via OAuth or enter credentials. The connection is checked when you save, and credentials are stored encrypted. Imports run automatically every night, exports as soon as a portrait is finished – and a dry run shows you in advance what an import or export would change.

Data protection that runs by itself
Consent enforced up to export
Employees give their consent right when they upload, and every decision is logged in an audit-proof way. Integrations and delivery URLs only release a portrait when the required consent is in place – if it is withdrawn, the export stops automatically.
Deletion when people leave
Former employees are deleted automatically along with all their images, by default 30 days after their exit date – you set the period. The exit date comes straight from your HR system or via SCIM.
Data in Switzerland
Portraits and data are stored on servers in Zurich, with backups in Geneva. Transfers are encrypted with TLS 1.3, stored data with AES-256. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every customer.
AI labeling with C2PA
Every image created or changed by AI is labeled automatically – as signed Content Credentials to the C2PA standard, right in the file. You always know which portraits are AI-generated and are ready for the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act.
Access under your control
Single sign-on
Admins and employees sign in through your identity provider, via SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect. If you wish, enforce SSO and assign roles directly from your identity provider.
Two-factor authentication
Protect password accounts with a second factor via authenticator app or SMS – mandatory for the whole company if you wish.
Roles and departments
Five standard roles from administrator to reviewer, plus your own roles with fine-grained permissions. Admins can be limited to departments and then only see those employees and images.
Fully traceable
Activity and access logs show who changed or viewed which data. You can restrict access to the dashboard and API to your company's IP addresses.
