Upload employee photos centrally.
With Power User Upload, one central person from HR or Marketing captures the photos for the whole team and uploads them to the dashboard. Whether on a central orientation day or right in the office – the images are matched to the right employees and processed automatically.
On orientation day
One person from HR or Marketing photographs the new employees with a smartphone and then uploads the images to the dashboard in bulk.
On-site at the office
Employees stop by the HR or Marketing office – the photos are taken right there, by smartphone or camera, and uploaded immediately.
Full control for HR & Marketing
One central team captures and manages all photos – ideal when taking the picture shouldn't be left to employees.
Consent built in
Employee consent is captured right at upload and stored audit-proof – no separate paper process.
Same quality everywhere
All uploaded images run through the same automatic processing – consistent background, lighting, and cropping.
GDPR & nDSG compliant
No photos via e-mail or private clouds – all images and consents are stored securely on Swiss servers.
