Pricing model with clarity and structure

Setup fee (one-time)

We charge a one-time flat fee for the setup. This includes consulting, the creation of your custom presets, and the configuration of standard integrations.

License fee (annual)

We charge an annual license fee for using betterPortrait. This covers our platform’s hosting and ongoing development costs and ensures you always have access to support.

Usage fee (per image)

We charge a fee for each new image uploaded. After processing, the image can be output and exported in as many presets as you like. If you create a new preset later, no additional fee will apply.

Post Processing (optional)

If you want to standardize your existing images as a one-time project.

Integrations (optional)

If a custom integration or individual processes are required, these will be billed separately based on scope and effort.
