How the GZF automates the employee photo process for 1,200 staff members

The GZF now conveniently creates employee photos via smartphone. Some are taken centrally by marketing, while others are submitted by employees themselves via an individual upload link. The photo quality of submitted images is automatically checked to ensure professional editing.

The finished employee photos are also automatically prepared for room signage – including the employee's name and function. This allows portraits to be used directly for printing without any further manual steps.
