Challenge

New employees had to go to an external photographer to have their portrait taken. With around 50 images per year, this resulted in high costs and significant time loss – portraits were often not available until months after starting. Additionally, due to costs, only portraits of employees featured on the website were created.

Outcome

Thanks to betterPortrait, new employees can now be photographed directly on-site – by a power user with a smartphone. Certain employees who are rarely on-site also receive an individual invitation by email and can complete the process themselves: our video-based photo guide helps them easily create a portrait with their smartphone.
